As a Project Supervisor, you develop strategies across multiple clients and projects, as well as anticipate and address emotional and environmental needs for your project and client teams. You share your experience to mentor and lead other AMs, challenging them to think outside the box to solve project issues. You act as the business liaison between space150 and the client on active projects by communicating client needs clearly to the internal team. You ensure outstanding client service by anticipating opportunities as well as issues, and responding proactively to ensure effective resolution.


  • • Independently lead and coordinate projects, and resolve issues before they escalate
  • • Perform client-facing tasks, including presenting, work planning, and accurate status discussion to clients
  • • Accurate reporting and analysis, and identifying opportunities to lead solutions
  • • Ensure space150 projects are profitable
  • • Author and present project kickoff presentation
  • • Understand client business goals as well as project needs
  • • Create a positive work environment for project teams
  • • Work with Account Directors and Supervisors to manage and guide client
  • • Act as point person on active projects for client contact on a regular basis
  • • Accurately represent space150’s range of services to the client
  • • Work closely with client to outline project scope, timing and budget
  • • Prepare project proposals and estimates to present to the client
  • • Manage client expectations throughout each project, clearly communicating status and next steps
  • • Track budgets for costs to date and manage in a proactive manner
  • • Review all creative and make sure it is consistent with creative brief objectives
  • • Communicate project timeline to client and obtain approvals accordingly
  • • Anticipate and assist in client’s approval process gaining client approvals according to the schedule
  • • Be present at all internal and external client-related meetings
  • • Work with space150 technical team to develop technical specifications and route to client for approval
  • • Ensure that deadlines are met
  • • Ensure proper invoicing and hours reports are completed on time and accurately


  • • 3-8 years experience managing creative or technical projects in an ad agency, marketing department, or software development setting
  • • Experience in client services and negotiating business decisions
  • • Experience using Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project, and web-based project management tools
  • • Experience or familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CMS, the capabilities of web browsers across multiple platforms, and new technologies
  • • Extraordinary, proven teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
