Media Supervisor: Minneapolis

Mission Statement

Serves as a leader in media by guiding and overseeing work across multiple disciplines, with an emphasis on paid search including eCommerce. Responsible for ongoing education at assistant and planner level. Manages one to two team members and contributes to greater team development.


  • • Leads space150 media team in the paid search discipline, ensuring the department’s SEM offering is a premium product
  • • Has deep knowledge of SEM tracking and measurement strategies and tactics from implementation to reporting
  • • Has strong experience with multiple web analytics platforms and is able to provide implementation guidance to internal and external engineering teams
  • • Understands and can teach SEM media and bid management tools (Google Suite, Bing/Yahoo, SEMRush)
  • • Educates internal and external audiences on SEM discipline and trends via agency and/or cross-department meetings, space150’s blog, client meetings, etc.
  • • Acts as day-to-day lead on one to two accounts, accessible to internal teams and clients
  • • Guides internal client team of media professionals from pre-planning and strategy to campaign implementation and reporting
  • • Works with AMD/MD to set campaign media strategy
  • • Provides feedback on presentations, reports and analyses by junior members of the team
  • • Can analyze campaigns and provide team with new insight
  • • Plans, implements, and analyzes campaigns when necessary
  • • Leads client presentations and carries client meetings


  • • BA/BS degree required with at least 5 years experience in the field.
  • • Deep knowledge of SEM tracking and measurement strategies and tactics from implementation to reporting
  • • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of internal employees and external contracts
